Everyday at 5pm the cleaning staff of my building gathers outside for their compulsory fitness break. They jump rope for half an hour.

No way in hell. I'd probably pee myself if I had to jump rope for more than a minute or two. Any mom out there can back me on this one. Do they have to jump rope? Isn't cleaning an office workout enough?
