Dancing in heaven


Kimberly and I braved 32 degree temps to take in some sights and shop for, what else, counterfeit purses. At the park at the Temple of Heaven, we watched some locals who gather to dance to Chinese folk tunes. Later, before having dinner in Houhai, we caught a calligrapher writing on the pavement with water, which quickly froze to ice.

Rockett would have totally loved to join the dancing. He was singing happy birthday in chinese to us at dinner tonight.

I can tell New Year's is coming here... all the little kids at the community center are practicing their dances when I ride by in the evening. And the dances all look pretty much your video! Have fun and say hi to Kimberly!
